A blessing, for we are finding

calm

in movement,

and steadiness

amidst uncertain days.

A blessing, for we are finding

grace

hidden and surprising us.

A blessing, for we are finding

grief

rising

demanding

to be heard.

A blessing, for we are finding

hope difficult,

connection expanding,

and ourselves

more capable

and resilient
